Show up every week on LinkedIn and video, without losing the week.
A simple content system built around your voice, and an AI avatar that looks and sounds like you, so publishing takes an hour of approvals instead of a day of production.
Every founder I know has the same problem. They know they should be visible. They have plenty to say. And the moment the week gets busy, content is the first thing that dies. The answer isn't more motivation. It's a system that needs less of you.
Two pieces, use one or both
1. The LinkedIn system
We start with a voice capture session: an hour of you talking, recorded, about what you actually believe about your industry. From that I build a voice guide, an idea bank and a set of post formats that sound like you. Every week you get drafts to approve and edit, in a routine that takes about 90 minutes of your time. The drafts are AI-assisted and human-edited, and nothing goes out without your yes.
The measure I care about isn't impressions. It's the DMs that turn into calls, and whether you're still posting in month four.
2. AI avatar video
You film once, properly, in a single session (I'll tell you exactly how). From that footage we build your digital twin in HeyGen and clone your voice in ElevenLabs. After that, every video starts as a script you approve. The avatar delivers it in English, Hindi or Hinglish, I edit it so it doesn't look like an avatar, and it goes out on LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube.
A line on consent, because it matters: I only clone the face and voice of the person who has given written permission, the accounts are in your name, and you keep every right to the footage and the model. If you ever stop, it stops.
Want to see your avatar before you commit? One minute of phone video is enough for me to tell you honestly whether it will work.
What a month looks like
- Week one: voice capture, one filming session, avatar and voice built, first batch of posts drafted.
- Every week after: you approve scripts and posts in one sitting. Videos rendered, edited and scheduled. Comments strategy and a short monthly read on what worked.
- Everything (the voice guide, prompts, avatar, templates, scheduling accounts) is documented and handed over. If you ever want to run it in-house, you can.
Who it suits
Founders, consultants, coaches and D2C brand owners who have real opinions and no time. It doesn't suit anyone who wants to post generic AI content five times a day. That doesn't work, and I won't build it.
Founders in Delhi NCR, and everywhere else
The founders I write and film for are mostly in Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida and Gurugram — with others across India and a few abroad. None of it needs you in a room: the voice call to capture how you speak, the digital twin recording on your own phone, and the weekly approvals all happen remotely, in English or Hindi.
Questions people ask
Will people know it's an avatar?
Sometimes, and that's fine if the content is good. The edit (captions, B-roll, cuts) matters more than the model. Many viewers don't notice; the ones who do usually ask how it was done.
Do I have to write the posts?
No. You talk, I write, you approve. Your edits on the first few weeks teach the system your voice faster than any brief.
What does it cost to run?
HeyGen and ElevenLabs plans are in your name; I lay out the monthly figure in the scope. There's a full breakdown in the guide on AI avatar video costs in India.
Can we do Hindi?
Yes. Voice clones handle Hindi and Hinglish well when the source recording includes it, so we plan the filming session for that.
Is this ghostwriting?
Yes, in the sense that I write in your voice with your ideas. Nothing is invented for you, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Do you offer LinkedIn ghostwriting services in India?
Yes. Ghostwriting is part of this system, not a separate product. I capture your voice in one call, draft posts from your own ideas and opinions, and nothing goes live until you approve it. Most clients are founders in Delhi NCR and elsewhere in India, writing in English or Hinglish, whichever actually sounds like them.
Can you handle AI avatar video production for an Indian founder?
Yes. Your face and voice are cloned once, then the weekly videos are scripted, generated and edited for you in English or Hindi. You approve the script and never sit in front of a camera. The guide on what AI avatar video costs in India shows the tool and running costs in full.

Have opinions, no time?
Tell me one thing you believe about your industry that most people get wrong. That's post one.
