The contact form

If you fill in the form, I receive your name, email, the task you described and your answers to the optional questions. I use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare the written scope. They are not added to any mailing list and are never sold or shared with anyone else.

Submissions are delivered to me by email through a form service. If the form is set to open WhatsApp instead, the message is composed on your device and nothing is stored on this site.

WhatsApp and email

Messages you send me on WhatsApp or email are handled by those services under their own policies, and by me the same way as the form: to reply to you.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If a privacy-friendly analytics tool is used, it counts page views without identifying you personally. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are talking, and up to twelve months after, in case you come back. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as needed to support the work.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email deepciti3@gmail.com and I will do it within a few working days.
